REIKI INTRODUCTION

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique based on channeling energy into the patient, promote deep relaxation, stress relief and the activation of the body’s natural ability to heal on a physical, a mental and a spiritual level.

Reiki sessions combines the concepts and tools of mindfulness, with the support of Angelic, Ancestral and Spiritual Guide helpers as anchor points, to help the clients explore areas of life, they want to create change in.

Each appointment is tailored to suit the needs of the client, matching the tools and techniques, to the clients level of awareness and understanding. This provides accessible, open, supported and safe space from which the client can acknowledge, explore and discover self-growth, within the challenges of the human and spiritual experience.

YOUR REIKI JOURNEY

The experiences you have during your Reiki journey are unique and personal to you and differ from session to session.  Some clients reported experiences of deep relaxation, warmth, body twitches, the feeling of energy movement, flashes of color, yawning, deep sleep and snoring
